The first 30 albums sold come with a bonus disc (a free duplicated CD version of the album, presented as a miniature imitation of the vinyl release).

Lontano is an Italian term connoting distance (or being “far away”) – and the name of a long-distance collaboration between songwriters who share Italian Australian heritage and a passion for spacious, earthy, alt-country storytelling.

Featuring Brisbane-based Anthony Dettori (The Sunburys) and Cairns-based Roz Pappalardo (women in docs), Lontano explores the concept of distance both practically and thematically, weaving tales of isolation, connection, escape, and an emotional gravity that tugs between separated hearts and minds. Lontano’s eponymous debut album, featuring their 2021 singles Adelaide, Half Seas and December, is available for a short time on limited edition vinyl and CD, ahead of a digital release in February 2022.
